Our experience with Rachel and her team was better than we could have hoped for. Coming into buying our first home with very little understanding of what was needed of us, Rachel and her team helped us through every step of the process. I always received very quick responses to any questions I had. One night, we were notified of a house we might be interested in and due to the quick actions of this team, we were able to get in to see the house within 12 hours. The house we eventually purchased was HOT on the market and Rachel's negotiating skills with the other party's realtor are the reason we were able to secure the house from the numerous other bidders. Rachel Green was great. We could always contact her or her team. She listened and tried to help us find the best fit for us. She even interviewed potential neighbors to ensure there would be no surprises from the neighborhood. After finding the best fit she made sure that we met all deadlines and got us a great deal. Rachel is a masterful realtor. She researched our property and area well and provided us with a booklet of information that was extremely helpful in preparing our home to sell quickly and for the best price. She helped us price our home appropriately so we could target the right group of buyers and has a wonderful photographer who took stunning photos of our home. Her marketing strategies are superb--she got us out there on so many websites, on social media, the works! She made our home, which is quite modest, the hit of the town. We had multiple showings and offers within 24 hours!! Our house ended up selling for far above asking. Throughout the process of inspections, appraisal, all the way to closing, Rachel was our advocate. She kept us up to date and would not settle for anything less than the best possible outcome for us. She made the entire process headache free and enjoyable. She and her staff are amazing to work with--positive, pleasant, helpful, and fun--they make you wish you had lots more houses to sell with them.
