Dear Santa,
All I want for Christmas is the downtown lifestyle with the peace and quiet of the suburbs. A third-floor condo with underground parking, a pool and clubhouse, but without the urban price or traffic. Oh, and I’d love a private balcony, if it’s possible. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms would be great. Even better would be an open floorplan for gathering and living. I don’t mean to sound picky, but if it was in a secure building with an elevator, that would make all my home wishes come true. Last, but not least, if it had a playground, exercise room, and was conveniently located near shopping, movies, I-15, and walking trails, I wouldn’t complain. Thanks Santa!
