Pomona was a goddess of fruitful abundance in ancient Roman religion and mythology. While this was quite intriguing, we couldn't help but connect the namesake to another, more modern mythology.
You don't have to go to Middle Earth to find a home that feels brand new. The current owners spared no expense in choosing options and upgrades when they built just two years ago. The kitchen is fully upgraded with quartz countertops, a sprawling island with bar, gas range, stainless-steel appliances, gleaming laminate floors, and walk-in pantry. The open-concept kitchen/ dining/ living invites in abundant light, and perhaps one day, guests.
At the top of the stairs, you'll be met with space for bookshelves – a perfect place for your J. R. R. Tolkien collection – or endless possibilities. At the end of the hall, you'll find the primary bedroom is so big, the king bed looks like a queen. With room for sitting, a work-from-home station, or even yoga, you'll love this suite. The en suite bathroom has a separate toilet room, endless vanity space, plus open shelves for linens, and it leads into the oversized walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are also spacious, each with walk-in closets. On the same level as the bedrooms, you'll find your proper laundry room.
The basement is unfinished, leaving you room to grow and build equity. The backyard is fully fenced and just big enough for a furry friend or social-distance bbq. The front yard is maintained by the HOA. Welcome home to the house to end all house hunting! Get that brand new feeling without the hassle of building – and you can move in before 1 Yule!
