    Wendi Gladwin



    Wendi has been in real estate for just one year, but brings over 10 years of experience in building and maintaining client relations. Before joining the team, Wendi managed the Customer Experience department for a software company. While she thinks software is 'super cool' she made the ultimate decision to leave the tech industry to focus on her true passion; helping others invest in themselves through the purchase of Real Estate. Much like her previous roles in Customer Experience, Wendi has a vision to make each and every client more than just a transaction. This means being the 'eyes and ears of all things Utah' and what makes this state a unique place to call home. Wendi is driven to be the best in all her endeavours, whether it's through pushing her limits in physical activities or knowing more about music than anyone else in the room. On the weekend you can find her with her friends and family, watching football with her two fur babies, or dreaming of future travels.

    Rachel Green



    When it comes to selling homes, Rachel is anything but a salesperson. Her keen sense of observation and her leave-no-stone-unturned marketing strategy give her an edge on either side of the table. Rachel has been in real estate since October 2008 and during her career has earned Rookie of the Year [2009 - Exit Realty], SLBR Good Neighbor Award [2018], Salt Lake's Best Realtor by City Weekly [2019], and is currently in the top 1.5% of Realtors in North America. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College. When she's not slinging houses, you might find her listening to Audible, hanging with her hubby and friends, or on set one of the many productions made here in Utah. She is also the co-founder of Love Lake City, a monthly service project.

    Chris Green



    Born and raised in Utah, Chris might be more commonly known as Red. Chris is a Sigma Chi from the University of Utah, an avid skier, dirt biker, licensed private helicopter pilot, food-loving, fun-having, red-headed, bilingual guy whose favorite mode of transportation is his Harley Road King. In 2019, he and his wife traveled through 40 states on his motorcycle. Chris is in his 8th year in real estate. His extreme care and patience with buyers makes him a favorite among clients.

    Alissa Horner

    Transaction Manager


    Alissa has been in real estate "damn near a decade" and has found comfort in the predictable schedule of a transaction manager. Her lifestyle is best described by one of her own quotes: "Why would you Monday on a Sunday?" President of the Ginger Bun Squad, Alissa rocks transactions like Penelope Garcia [of Criminal minds] rocks Behavior Analysis. When she's not managing real estate transactions, she is most likely watching animal videos or at home with her dog, Goku, and her husband, Kody, playing video or tabletop games. But not until she has hit the gym to get her dose of swole on.

    Joni Koncar



    Joni's love of homes began when shopping for her first home, with Rachel Green, ten years ago. The amazing experience she had buying her own home sparked a fire in her belly to do the same for others. Joni is a native of Salt Lake City, and can't imagine a better place to live. Her easy going, upbeat personality is evident in her daily career as a high school teacher, and the patience needed in the classroom transfers well into connecting clients to the right space to call home. In her spare time she loves teaching yoga and High Fitness, adventuring with her husband and two children, or just getting cozy with a good book.

    Kyle Davis



    Graduating from the University of Utah with the intention of applying to med school, Kyle instead found himself immersed in the construction industry. From project management to sales, Kyle has worn many hats — currently he's wearing that of 'Constructioneer'. After being involved in real estate for awhile, Kyle decided to become a Realtor and work on this side of the table to better understand the process and to purchase future projects for developing. Kyle's thoughtful and collaborative management style brings out the best in others and it shows in the quality and design of the homes built by MRK3 Group.
